Policy Overview

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. Most items in our collections—from All-weather Wicker Patio Furniture to Bedroom Furniture—are eligible for return or exchange, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

1. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the item to the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you and proceed with your preferred resolution.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Eligible Items: Must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, manuals, and packaging.
  • Time Frame: Request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Based on the nature of certain products and to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Futons & Daybeds with Mattresses: Due to hygiene reasons, any furniture item that includes upholstered bedding or mattress components.
  • Personalized or Custom-Order Items: Any product that has been customized or made-to-order specifically for you.
  • Clearance or “As-Is” Items: Clearly marked in the product description at the time of purchase.
  • Assembled Furniture: Items that have been fully assembled and cannot be restored to original packaging without damage.
  • Opened or Used Hammocks & Beach Chairs: Products where fabric has been unfolded and used, for sanitary reasons.

Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.

3. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Bank/Card Processing: Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Exchange Processing: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item via your chosen shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) once the return is approved. You will receive a tracking email.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or return at no cost to you.

Note on Global Shipping: As we serve a global customer base (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping times may vary. The 15-day return period begins from the date you receive the item, not the shipment date. Please allow extra time for international returns to reach our warehouse in Memphis.
