- Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview
- Return Window: We offer a 15-day return window starting from the date you receive your item.
- Eligibility: Most items—from our popular All-weather Wicker Patio Furniture to elegant Bedroom Furniture collections—are eligible for return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all parts. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship it to the address provided.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse (typically within 5 business days for inspection), we will notify you and proceed with your chosen resolution.
⚠️ Important Conditions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers, the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Futons & Daybeds with Mattresses: Due to hygiene reasons, any furniture with upholstered bedding or mattress components.
- Personalized or Custom-Order Items: Products made specifically to your specifications.
- Clearance or “As-Is” Items: Clearly marked as such in the product description at purchase.
- Assembled Furniture: Items that have been fully assembled and cannot be restored to original packaging without damage.
- Opened or Used Hammocks & Beach Chairs: Products where fabric has been unfolded and used, for sanitary reasons. Please inspect these upon delivery.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Timeline & Method
